ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will my order take?
Phone grips are processed within 24 hours and delivered in 3–5 business days. Apparel and home decor are made for you, processed in 2–5 business days and delivered in 7–10 business days (US, business days). See Shipping & Delivery.

How much is shipping?
US Standard: $4.99, or FREE on orders over $99. US Express: $15.00. International shipping is $9.99.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See Track Order. The first tracking update can take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Email us at contact@jftgloballlc.us with your order number.

PRODUCTS

Will a phone grip work with my phone / case?
Stick-on grips work on most smooth phones and cases. Magnetic grips attach to magnetic phone cases; for other phones or cases, use the adhesive adapter ring. Grips don't stick well to silicone, leather or textured cases.

Can I reposition the grip?
Stick-on grips work best in one place. Magnetic grips can be moved and removed anytime.

How do I choose my apparel size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

RETURNS

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.

Can I return an item I don't like?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds.
