Cancellation & Modification Policy

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes are only possible for a short time.

• You can cancel or make changes to your order (address, design, size or color) within 12 hours of placing your order.
• To request a change, email support@jovemora.com with your order number and the details you want to update.
• After 12 hours, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Note: once your order has shipped, you can still use our Refund & Replacement Policy.
